Special Guest Chef

Yesterday's guest chef at the Cooking Club was Lauren Braun Costello. Lauren published two books in 2009: Notes on Cooking: A Short Guide to an Essential Craft and The Competent Cook: Essential Tools, Techniques, and Recipes for the Modern At-Home Cook.
